Balanced Rock Counseling is contracted with Headway to accept the following insurance plans:

Aetna
BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS)
Cigna
United Healthcare (this does not include the plan operated by Rocky Mountain Health Plans)
UMR

Many insurance plans reimburse for a portion of therapy, however it is important to understand that out-of-network (OON) benefits can vary from plan to plan. Balanced Rock Counseling can provide clients with a monthly Superbill to help the client get reimbursed from their plan if they are eligible.

Hannah is also an approved provider for Path4EMS (www.path4ems.org) and AllOne Health EAP.

Payment Methods

I accept cash, check, or credit card. I also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations or missed appointments that are not a result of an emergency will be billed in full per appointment, so please be sure to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.
